The Phantom and World Goth Day…

Hello Lovelies:

My own little celebration of World Goth Day includes some popular culture references:

I finally saw Phantom of the Opera at the lovely historic Fox Theatre this past weekend. This wonderfully dark Victorian musical satisfied with an amazingly tall talented Phantom, stunning costumes, and brilliant stage effects.

The Fox Theatre was its usual gothic and mixed architecture beautiful self:

My latest piece for Steampunk Journal is about the show Houdini and Doyle which had its own gothic/steampunk bent with plenty of fog, shadows, and mystery! Read about it here:

Need something else to watch? How about Crimson Peak with all its Horror Gothic glory?

And it’s not too late to celebrate the dark side of you, if you’re in St. Louis, stop on by the Gothic Garage Sale at the Crack Fox this Thursday, 5p-midnite! I’ll have plenty of clean out my closet items for your enjoyment.

Thanks for all of your support in all my endeavors!

As always, thank you for reading,
